REFUND & RETURNS POLICY — MIATMO

At MIATMO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and the conditions applicable to cancellations, returns and refunds in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by email to info.miatmo@gmail.com before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided in Annex 1 of this policy, although it is not obligatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will carry out the reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods, or from the day you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the goods must:

• Be returned within 14 days of the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, MIATMO will bear the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.

5. Legal Guarantee

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, all products sold by MIATMO are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not conform to its description at the time of delivery, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or — where neither is possible — to receive a price reduction or a full refund.

This legal guarantee does not affect any additional commercial warranties we may offer, nor does it limit any other statutory rights you may have under applicable national law.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer.
• Items returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee described in Section 5.
