When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I didn`t received my lamp yet, what do I do?
If your lamp hasn’t arrived, please email us at info.miatmo@gmail.com. We will check the status of your order to be sure it gets delivered to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your lamp is shipped, a tracking link and your shipping confirmation will be sent via email.
Which plug type does the lamp come with?
All Miatmo lamps operate on 220V and come fitted with a EU plug by default with CE certificate.
What bulbs are your lamps compatible with?
Only LED bulbs, we recommend LED bulbs under 8.5 watts for all Miatmo lamps. This ensures energy efficiency, low heat output, and safety especially with 3D-printed materials. Do not use incandescent or halogen bulbs.
Is the bulb included?
Yes, a 8.5 watts LED is included with the order.
What material is made of, will it degrade over time?
Our lamps are made of Polylactic Acid (PLA), this material is biodegradable and compostable, but generally only under industrial conditions. This means that it requires high temperatures, specific humidity levels and active microorganisms to break down effectively. Miatmo lamps will not biodegrade or deteriorate in your home even after 20 years
