These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from MIATMO. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
MIATMO sells decorative 3D printed lamps made to order. Each product is individually manufactured after the order is placed. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur between the product and any images displayed on the website. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Production times may vary depending on demand. Estimated production and delivery times are communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Custom or personalised products made according to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
- Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, credit/debit card, PayPal
MIATMO reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order by MIATMO.
MIATMO reserves the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Pricing or technical errors on the website.
- Suspected fraud or misuse.
- Product unavailability.
If an order is cancelled by MIATMO, any payment received will be refunded in full within 14 days.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All MIATMO products are made to order. Estimated production time is 5 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1–7 business days, depending on the destination country."
These estimates are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee. MIATMO is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
MIATMO ships to all European Union member states. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information is accurate and complete. MIATMO cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days from the date of notification to return the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products manufactured to your specifications.
7. Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, please contact us at info.miatmo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, or from the date you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Standard outward shipping costs are refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

8. Legal Guarantee
All MIATMO products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description at the time of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a full refund.
To make a claim, please contact us at info.miatmo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence where applicable.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIATMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability in cases where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, graphics and trademarks, is the property of MIATMO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from MIATMO.
11. Privacy, Cookies and Third-Party Tools
Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
This website uses third-party tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Pixel to analyse website traffic and support advertising. 12. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at info.miatmo@gmail.com.We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may submit your complaint to the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the ODR platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

MIATMO reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
